Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tortola

Exceptional Stay. New and well designed place, very comfortable with the host provided everything from laundry to dishwashing detergents (trivial but we have stayed at places with the machines but without detergents!). We packed our own soap and shampoo. We love the extensively large covered porch looking out the water and trees where the birds love to hang out. There are two birds feeders for cheap entertainment :) The “toy” closet has everything that we needed for a day at the beach, which was every day the whole week. Lots of quality beach towels and my favorite is the fabric covered water hammock float! The only things that we didn’t like about St John are the hills and switchbacks so we didn’t drive after dark. The full kitchen is very handy to make some quick dinners. Overall a great experience.

This is our third stay here - it suits us very well. It's compact, works well for us as a couple, is less than 15 minutes walk into Road Town but in a quiet neighbourhood which feels very safe. We cannot praise both Shelya and the local Airbnb Manager Debbie for their kindness, attention and responsiveness. Thanks again!

Alex is a superior host and has a wonderful home. The place is actually better than the photos online. Spacious and clean, well furnished, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, incredible views from the deck. I felt like I was in paradise. They met us at the boat dock drove us to the location. They made sure we had everything that we needed and knew how to get around. I could not have asked for more and anyone wondering should absolutely stay here. I left to go to the gym early one morning and Alex actually texted me to make sure everything was OK at six in the morning. Who could beat that?

We loved this condo. Well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and all the appliances you could ask for. Washer and dryer were very useful after a day at the beach . Everything was so close that we didn’t feel we needed a car (even tho you get a dedicated parking space). Shared taxis to the beaches are just 5 mins walk away. We appreciated use of the included beach chairs which were easy to carry on trips .

If you like seeing hummingbirds, you'll love this place. There is a large patio that overlooks the forest and you quickly see lots of hummingbirds. We also saw a frog which was cool. The shower had great pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the AC in the bedroom worked great. Jamie was a great host as well.

Maya's place was perfect for our two week vacation. Co-host, Shannon lives onsite in the upper level. She met us on arrival and provided helpful information about the unit and made sure we had everything we needed. Shannon was wonderful and we enjoyed visiting with her, however you won't even know she lives upstairs as the apartment is so quiet. It was a good location for us with a nice view of Coral Bay. Short drive to Skinny Legs (local restaurant) and markets. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment and loved having a morning coffee on the balcony. We all had a great time in the BVI’s and it started perfectly with 2 days here prior to heading off on a charter. This was our second stay at Banana Sweet. We love the location and how peaceful it is. Be prepared for about a 30 min drive to Cruz Bay and you definitely need a Jeep. The property managers are responsive and helpful. Everything is exactly as listed. A great spot for a couple visiting St. John.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hoos House! The place was clean and spacious and had a calm, relaxing vibe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the breeze on the porch was perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The ability to open the wide doors to the porch entirely was excellent, and we loved seeing how many iguanas we could spot in the trees each morning. The indoor and outdoor showers were fantastic, and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable with AC available. The beds were soft and comfy, making for restful nights. The house also came with thoughtful extras like beach chairs and towels, making heading to the beach easy. Getting to all the beaches was an easy commute! The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay - I hope to come again soon, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect couples getaway! Completely felt like a little private villa carved out overlooking the Caribbean. A small 4x4 best to accommodate the private gated driveway. Super intimate setting on a beautiful landscape. Close to everything you could want in an island. Host was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Looking forward to doing again.!

We had an amazing trip to St. John! Eileen's place was fantastic. Our kids loved the pool, and the house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The house manager Dena was super helpful, friendly and responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Visitors should know that the house is in a very remote location and you need your own car, and should be comfortable driving on rugged terrain. For us that was great!

Elton and Tory were both incredible hosts! They are committed to making sure your vacation experience is exceptional. They are the best hosts that we have experienced anywhere in the world when it comes to personal care and dedicated service. My wife had asked about a specific wine that was nowhere in the BVIs. But two days later, Tory showed up at our door step with a bottle of it. They had a box flown in special delivery! We had some other special requests and they did all that they could possibly do to make us feel special and cared for. We had some last minute changes and they allowed us to move to a different villa. It was all awesome! The grounds were gorgeous and immaculate. The house was super clean and restful. The furnishings were top notch and provided a great Caribbean vibe. We could not be happier with our stay and highly recommend booking with Elton! When we return to the VBIs, Elton will be the first person we contact for our accommodations.

Pure Paradise! This was such a great place to stay, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Jon is an amazing host. He met us at the house, showed us the shortcut into town, and gave us all kinds of information. He popped by a few other times during our visit just to check on us, and he always responded quickly to our messages. It was a real pleasure staying here and we really hope to come back. It truly was blissful staying here. Views can't be beat!

Meade was very accommodating! If you want a hassle-free experience with friendly folks, you can't go wrong with this booking, and Meade was helpful by meeting us at Souper's hole in the West End. We really enjoyed the stay....will be back!

I highly recommend Rosanne's home. Tiffany, a member of the Anteres crew, met us in town after picking up our jeep rentals. We followed her to the house. Super welcoming and answered all of our questions. Casa Del Palmas was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Rosanne has put great effort and thought into decorating and stocking her entire home from top to bottom with everything you will possibly need for a perfect vacation. The amazingly beautiful views off the back porches will be greatly missed.

Kesha and her place are absolutely amazing!! We took Kesha up in the concierge service during our stay and she was above and beyond. We were a group of 8 and she was able to help set us up with groceries, transportation and activities for the week. We did not want to drive and I am very thankful we did not! We used a driver provided by Kesha and he was amazing!!! Kesha was so responsive and helpful. The whole group wanted to move in and never leave! If you want a gorgeous place with a host to help guide you for the week, this is your place. This view, everything. Kesha, thank you for everything!! We hope to cross paths with you again :)

This was our second stay at Rockroom and it will not be our last. The location is prime, the unit is huge, perfect for the 2 of us, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We go during off-season, so even though the clubhouse isn’t ‘open’, we could still use the exercise room that had all new equipment and great A/C. When we had a problem with the one of the two A/C units in our condo (on the weekend, of course) David was quick to respond and had it fixed ASAP. We stayed nice and cool for our entire stay. Two bathrooms are a plus, and the bed is very comfy. Thanks, David, for another great stay!

Great location and even better views. The wraparound balcony was amazing. This place was perfect for us as we visited our 41st National Park. Could hike to pristine beaches and snorkel right off the beach with great reefs and sea turtles!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed and more. Would recommend to anyone going to St John that wants to be walking distance from downtown. Hope to return one day.

Great stay! Excellent location very walkable to town and taxi stand for easy transport to beaches, etc. Host was very responsive and helpful. I had Starfish Market deliver food ahead of time so we walked into a stocked kitchen. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay and Tracy was very responsive. Pool deck is gorgeous, photos didn’t do it justice. Beautiful pool and hot tub with views of Cruz Bay!

We have all wonderful things to say about Coral condo! It was a home away from home. All of the amenities you could need/want, super clean, comfortable, and very close to downtown. The grounds were pretty, it was quiet in the evening, and the deck/view was beautiful. Parking onsite was key we realized, and we never had an issue. All of the guest book information was helpful, including the condo information book - all easily accessible. Note: please be sure to “feed” the birds (directions inside freezer) and water the outdoor plants during your stay. Matt is the perfect host; always available, responsive, and gives exact instructions and information about your stay beforehand, which was extremely helpful. Beware of driving on rainy days; the road up is steep! Be sure to put your vehicle in 4-wheel drive! We truly loved our stay and will be sure to stay here again on our next trip back to St John 🌊

We loved the property and easy to access shuttle service from the Bay Vista unit and beach/pool, and also to the Taxi Stand where we soon realized that we did not need to keep our car rental due to the ease in getting around by taxi, so we were able to return the car after only two days. We only wish that the bedrooms each had a King sized bed, since we were two couples sharing the unit.

Great location and beautiful condo! It was easy to walk into town for dinner or catch a shuttle to beaches. Condo was comfortable & the balcony was a great space for hanging out after a day at the beach. Monique and her team were flexible and helpful. Plenty of towels for a group of 5. We enjoyed the pool for a late day swim to cool off. All & all, it was a great spot for the money and we would definitely stay again

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The condo was easily walkable to restaurants and main area of Cruz Bay. The view was fantastic! We felt safe walking at night, there was plenty of parking, and a lot of great information was provided that was very helpful, especially given it was our first time on St. John.
