Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.

Restoration lasted 4 years and just finished. 200 meters from the beach and 20 meters from both a bar and restaurant, and only 20 minutes walk from the main square of Maderno where there are many other bars and restaurants overlooking the picturesque view of the gulf.
