On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

The rental is located in the heart of the Sologne in a 40m² house refurbished and fully equipped. Located on a wooded and enclosed plot of 1500 m2, this will ensure you peace and quiet. Located in the middle of the Loire castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau...), next to the Loire by bike, and 3/4 of an hour from the Beauval Zoo and Center Parcs. The rental also includes a secure 18m2 chalet that can accommodate motorcycles and bicycles as well as a 15m2 covered terrace.
