A l'étage climatisé, 2 grandes chambres mansardées et une belle salle d'eau. Ce gîte propose terrasse privée, grand parc arboré et ombragé, aire de jeux enfants, piscine privé. idéal pour se détendre.

Maison Types

House with Mediterranean charm that can accommodate 4 people. It consists of an equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and toilet (sheets and towels are provided). You can relax in the sun loungers in the garden, eat your meals and cook on the plancha. We can provide you with baby equipment (baby bed, etc.) The parking space in front of the gate is reserved for you.

Villa JOPI 3BR pool/beach

This fully air-conditioned three-bedroom villa is close to all amenities. The JOPI villa is located near the beach, quiet and has a private pool, a large terrace equipped with living room, dining area and deckchairs. Ideal location for families, very close to Grau d'Agde beach and shops within walking distance. Many bike paths nearby, as well as activities for children: Aqualand, Tree climbing, Tennis, Golf.

Our upmarket family home ‘Chez Diane’ is located in the courtyard of the former wine estate. It also has a magnificent private terrace.
