Very nice house, clean, with all the amenities you need. We had a very nice weekend . I recommend it.

Axel’s place was in a great location for people looking to be within walking distance of great restaurants and nice shops and bakeries. It had a good amount of space for a family. He was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. Although there is no designated parking, we were able to find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.

Garry is a friendly and responsive host. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very accessible. It was well equipped, welcoming and clean. Thanks again for everything!

The listing is as described. The apartment is welcoming, furnished and decorated with taste. It is within walking distance to the city center. Great little studio for a short stay. Very clean, lovely bedding and super comfortable bed. No clutter but still on trend. Perfect for us as we had an overnight stop in Caen. Early ferry 7.30am and you could not get any closer 2 mins walk. Fantastic - thank you Celine

Nice apartment, location is ideal, on the 2nd floor with no lift. It was a different appartement from the photos (looks like they have 4) but we’ll equiped and similar. It a quiet location very central and was clean

the place was well arranged and very functional it was nice to stay there. It feels like home. The fridge and cupboards were filled with something to help us out (eggs, butter, orange juice, rice...) Be careful, this is what is considered "breakfast" (maybe its only defect if there should be one) The owners are very responsive to our feedback, warm and concerned about our home. If we have a chance, we will come back

I was hosted very well by Nathalie who helped me with my luggage. The apartment was great except for a little noise from the neighbors and the bed squeaking but otherwise no complaints. Great communication with Madalen

Everything was GREAT, we'll be back . The house is functional. The pool, sauna, foosball, ping pong and swing delighted young and old. The rooms are nice with good bedding. the house is clean, well equipped and tidy. bikes are available (with a pump just in case). Also, the weather was with us to enjoy Cabourg , Dives and Houlgate.

The stay was very nice. The host showed rare gentleness and kindness. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our check-in and check-out times. We had the option to contact her in case of need, but everything went perfectly smoothly. The accommodation is complete, extremely well arranged and tastefully decorated. The bedding was very comfortable. We were able to enjoy a relaxing interior as well as a very pleasant exterior. The sauna and hot tub were also real assets, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great weekend! the living room is very nice. The living room is comfortable and the possibility of making a fireplace is a real plus. The bedding is extremely comfortable. We will be back!

The house is amazing! The main room is warm, quite spacious and convenient with its large table. The bedrooms are very numerous and it is not war for the bathrooms that are 3 in number! The location is great. In the heart of find, on a quiet street. Everything is within walking distance (train station, markets, casino, beach ...). Thank you for the warm welcome when you arrive!
