House located in the classified part of the village known for its 18th century castle. House with 1000 m2 wooded garden, south-facing terrace. Very quiet village 20 minutes from Caen and 30 minutes from the sea. Very well equipped, bright and spacious house that can accommodate 8 people. the small country house is a new and warm house without any overlooking, completely independent (small fully enclosed garden, terrace and private parking). it is located at the end of a small wooded path. the environment is very quiet and relaxing. close to Suisse Normande, this hilly place is ideal for walks in the countryside, in the forest (Grimboscq forest 3 km away) or along the Orne, whether on foot or by bike.

Carefully renovated town house, ideally located to visit our beautiful region full of history, landing beaches, museums, Swiss Normandy and why not Mont Saint Michel. Access close to the A84, only 14 km from Caen, 10 km from Carpiquet Airport. The village has several shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store-bar...) The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
