Julie and Hitesh were the perfect hosts, helpful and friendly, suggesting places to go and things to do. They went out if their way to help when our car broke down when we were let down by the RAC, arranging a garage to collect and fix our car, even taking me to the garage to collect it and allowing us to stay another night at short notice, not even charging us, cannot praise them highly enough, would definitely stay again. Before I forget, the property was perfect too, the area was so quiet and beautiful surrounding country side, a great stay in a lovely part of the world, thanks for having us.

This little spot is perfect for a getaway in nature and we couldn’t recommend it enough!

for starters, the place is double the size we have imagined after looking at pictures. it is clean, warm, well equipped, cozy (had many naps in the armchairs, i have to admit), pet friendly. we sincerely did not want to leave. we have arrived late at night and Laura and Charlie came out to greet us, which felt very nice after countless key boxes when the host is nowhere to be find in other places... i can not not describe how much it meant to me when they gave me a birthday gift... i will forever greatful. i would recommend this place for anyone who is looking to explore The Cairngorms, any season of the year.

Wonderful cottage in a great location for exploring Deeside. Very peaceful with stunning views across the vale. Everything was clean and perfect for a family holiday. Easy to park and able to walk around the estate from the cottage. We also saw lots of wildlife including Roe Deer and Red Squirrel in the garden. Aboyne, Ballater and Balmoral all within easy distance. Jenny was a great host and would highly recommend this stunning cottage.
