The flat has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The flat is on the ground floor, has free street parking out front and a patio garden.

Coach house cottage built in 1850. Entire house!

We welcome you to our lovely cottage which was built in 1850 and bursting with character ( it was originally a coach house). It sits around the corner from Lark Lane and less than 10 mins from the city centre You will have the entire home to yourself and it has 3 bedrooms, a stylish bathroom,a newly fitted kitchen and a cloakroom toilet downstairs. We are happy to host workers, those visiting family or tourists but we are not suitable for large groups attending for parties/celebrations

Newly renovated annexe / free off street parking.

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.
