A great place to stay. clean comfortable and perfectly located.

I had a great stay! The place was clean and comfy and had everything I needed. Robert went above and beyond. He stopped by before the concert to answer some questions for people and he came by again after the show to make sure everyone staying had what they needed, and got a fire started for us! Great location and just a cool/fun environment. Many good memories in just one night! Thank you! Would 100% stay again!

Nice little studio in Monteagle. The place was spotless inside and looked exactly as pictured.

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Robert was fantastic. He checked on us to make sure we got into the property and had everything we needed. Such a friendly guy! The bed was really comfortable and the unit was clean. The property has camping spots, cabins and the studio we stayed in. I was worried it would be loud staying above the bathhouse for the cabins / campers but it wasn’t. We had such a great time at the Caverns for the concert and then enjoyed a firepit and hanging out with others staying on the property. Easy walk to the concert venue. Definitely will stay again. First class host!

We stayed for a concert to the caverns. It was perfect. The place was clean and just like the pictures. There was a terrible wind storm and lost power for a couple of hours. They were communicating the whole time power was out. Such friendly staff. Absolutely will be staying again when we go to another concert in the caverns.

Fun ride up the mountain, it was the perfect location for us wanting to be near the Dunlap area. Instructions were perfect, easy to get inside and very clean. Loved the Bob Ross theme, very cute and cozy stay.

If magic existed, I would make this place available anywhere I needed a place to stay. We fell in love with the entire home & area! Absolutely beautiful inside & out.

Absolutely awesome location and home. kitchen is absolutely awesome and has all you need. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that is right outside another bedroom. So plenty of private spaces for guests to be at alone or in the commons spaces. Outside there is the front patio with rockers, a fire pit and chairs around that, a table and chairs and then the loungers around the pool. So much space to spread out in. One of the neighbors is out daughter's advisor at Sewanee, so that was really neat. Easy access to both Winchester and Mont Eagle. No issues at all, and hosts replied very quickly with questions we did have and checked on us also. Definitely will return!

Great place and great host would definitely want to stay again. This is an ideal place to stay if you are seeing a show at the Caverns.

Our family’s first Airbnb. We were blown away at how clean the house was. The kitchen had everything, including plates/silverware. The water was hot and the furniture/beds were comfortable. The surrounding area was pleasantly peaceful, quiet and friendly. There is a children’s playground 2 blocks away that our kids enjoyed going to. Personally, best thing was a Walmart located about 2 mins away. The hustle of a city seemed near but the area the house was located seemed remote, just what we were looking for. Thanks Ashlee for a great first experience with Airbnb. The family has already asked when will we be going back. So, needless to say we will return on our next outing to Chattanooga!

I’ve stayed at a few rentals in Sewanee and this was by far my favorite. It’s fresh, new, clean and charming. The entire place was stocked just right, and it was easy to get every where we needed to go. It felt like home, and I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 kids. We loved it!
