The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to the beach and nice opportunities for walking/running in the surrounding area. A truly unique walk is on Thurø Rev. There is an exit from the terrace of the first floor overlooking the water at a distance of 300 meters. The home is on two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from Svendborg city centre with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

The villa is from 2022 and includes, among other things, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as master-bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. FIRE IN THE WOOD-BURNING STOVE OR NAP IN THE HAMMOCK. Here in the middle of nature you can grill on the terrace and the kids can play ball in the grass. You have 5 min to My Merchant, 10 min to the Baltic Sea Bath, or 30 min to Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten, Medieval Center, Lalandia and Nysted. It's not far from “Earth to Table.” Ex: Nysted Gaard shop in the harbor. Dogs are welcome; cleaning fee of 500 DKK I can offer bed linen rental for a total of 500 DKK, then the beds are ready when you arrive. Fee payable upon arrival

Lean back and relax in this quiet masonry villa in idyllic Bandholm - walking distance to Knuthenborg and the water as well as very child-friendly sandy beach. In this lovely area you can enjoy the holiday home of 123 sqm, which is bright, newly decorated and inviting with an airy living environment. The location is absolutely excellent in a peaceful area a few minutes walk from Bandholm Badehotel, beach and Knuthenborg Safari Park. As well as not to forget Denmark's most beautiful and oldest bathing facility.

Stay out of the ordinary with upscale decor and perfect location in the center of the city. The villa has been thoroughly renovated in 2021 and includes a kitchen, three large living spaces, wine cellar, table tennis and gym. It is also a large utility room and children's playroom. The garden is closed and equipped with garden games, trampoline as well as furnished lounge terrace of 50 sqm. Free access to public pool at Odense Havnebad (1.5 km walk). Netflix, TV2 Play. Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.

A spacious cozy villa (5 BHK) for short/long stay

Probably, it is not the sexiest house in the town, but it offers you lot of space and a cozy stay for a small/large family or for a group upto 6 persons. Ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

Idyllic house with sea view and own beach plot

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

Large historic house from 1864, renovated and updated, located only 15-17 min. From Odense Centrum. The house is well kept and there is Easy room for 4 adults and 2 child and possible more by using the air-mattress and or sofa. The House has an Amazing location and There are Bikes for 2 adults and 2 children to use for free, to explorer the area! Please note that’s this is not a hotel nor should you expect 4 star accommodation but it is a nice large family home!
