It was a great journey in Ella's ! She's very welcoming and the bedroom was clean ! It also smells very good ! The location is perfect thanks to the ferry (15 minutes walk) which drive us directly in the center ! I definetely recommend it !

Alice and Dave are the most remarkable of hosts. Their generosity and kindness was exceptional. Their genuine hospitality meant that I felt instantly at home. I had had a long journey from Australia and Alice and Dave’s support meant, that from our first contact, their flexibility helped me navigate so many logistics of my complicated travel. I caught up on much needed sleep in their home, had kindly shared delicious meals, (thanks Dave) and a stiff whisky and counsel with Alice when plans went awry. They supported me at every turn including cold and flu tablets to meeting me at the dock with my heavy bags . I honestly could not have landed with a more generous and thoughtful couple. There are too many thoughtful and considerate touches to mention and they set the bar high for hosting👏 The railway is just a brief walk away with easy access to Liverpool. Thank you sincerely Alice and Dave for your care and support. You are both an inspiration to me. I shall see you on my return

I stayed at this Airbnb for a weekend getaway and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Vicki was an incredibly proactive host—reaching out ahead of time with all the information I needed, which made my check-in seamless and stress-free. The room was an absolute gem. It had a cozy vintage charm blended beautifully with modern comforts, all styled using sustainable materials. Every element, from the reclaimed wood furniture to the eco-friendly touches, felt tastefully chosen. The real highlight, though, was the view—waking up to the breathtaking Liverpool skyline each morning was magical. The windows positioned right above the bed made it feel like I was drifting off beneath the stars. If you're looking for a peaceful, eco-conscious escape with stunning views and a genuinely thoughtful host, I couldn’t recommend this place more.
