The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Charming farmhouse in central Falkenberg. The feeling of staying in the countryside and still be 300 meters from Stortorget. Private patio with barbecue and parking in the yard. The cottage has two floors - the upper with three comfortable beds and the lower with a small kitchen and dining area, sofa, TV with basic channels and bathroom. Tea and coffee are provided in the cottage. Breakfast/breakfast bread can be found at the adjacent bakery. Wi-Fi Toilet and paper towels, dish detergent, soap and shampoo at your disposal. Own entrance without elevator, free street parking (parking inside my yard is not allowed). Bed linen and towels are included, but you are expected to clean and leave the apartment in clean and nice condition, cleaning equipment is available. (Not suitable for people with disabilities or smaller children as it is a staircase up to the apartment.) My base price is for two people, additional guests pay 250 SEK/person o night.

In addition to a toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washer and dryer. Patio with tables, chairs and the possibility to barbecue.

During the summer of 2026, there will be some construction on the plot adjacent to the guest house's patio.

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Cozy cottage by the sea south of Varberg

Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
