The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

House of about 50 square meters, located 2 minutes from Tratalias, a small town in southern Sardinia. Composed as follows: kitchen and living room with sofa that can become a third bed, bedroom, with double bed, large bathroom, large courtyard with barbecue and outdoor square. 15 minutes from the main beaches: Porto Pino, Is Arenas Biancas, Sant'Antioco, and the beaches of Teulada. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

Consisting of two double bedrooms, essential and well furnished, the memory mattresses and pillows guarantee a comfortable rest. The kitchen is bright, equipped with the essentials, with an independent main entrance and a secondary entrance overlooking the pergola, under which you can relax on the hammock or have breakfast and dinner outdoors.
