Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. But the more beautiful the city is then. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Modern apartment 55 m² - complete and very nicely decorated. Parking is available right in front of the house. Close to shopping. The tram station is within walking distance (in Linz in 20 minutes). Perfect for 2 people (bedroom - 1 double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm).
