Genießen Sie den traumhaften Blick auf den Traunsee und Traunstein. Die Lage ist ideal: nur 2 Gehminuten zur Esplanade, 5 Minuten zum Stadtplatz und ganz nah am Badeplatz und Schloss Orth. Perfekt, um Natur und Stadtflair zu verbinden – und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erlebnisse zu Fuß, mit dem Rad 🚲 oder auf Ski. ⛷️

In a beautiful, quiet location on the eastern Traunsee shore is this cozy apartment with fantastic lake views, perfect for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers. A small public swimming area is a 4-minute walk away. Hiking and cycling trails are right at your doorstep, and the valley station of the Grünberg cable car can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

House Moosberg - Lake View and Tranquility

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.

Our chalet in the orchard offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and restful as well as eventful vacation. Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Im Winter könnt ihr am nahegelegenen Feuerkogel Skifahren und Schneeschuhwandern, während der Traunsee im Sommer zum Schwimmen, Segeln und Surfen einlädt. Mietet ein SUP und erkundet den See auf eigene Faust – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis direkt vor der Haustür!

Open apartment (105m²) not far from the shore of the Traunsee (300m), with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet, a large kitchen with dining area and living room with TV. Two balconies allow a great view. Parking is available in the carport on the property.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

The terrace in front of the kitchen, overlooking the lake, invites you to have breakfast, the second terrace in front of the living/sleeping room, to a "sundowner" at sunset mood, lake view and campfire romance. The property has its own entrance and garden. Free, video-monitored guest parking is available.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You have a private Garden and Balcony to relax in outdoors. Local supermarkets (Billa, Unimarkt, Adeg) and restaurants are < 5 mins walking distance. Kasberg ski resort is ~15 mins away with bus transport available close to the house. Almsee and Traunsee, stunningly beautiful lake destinations, are 15 mins away by car.

Das Ferienhaus dasBergblick liegt in ruhiger Lage und bietet jede Menge Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre mit direktem Blick auf den Hohen Sarstein. Die Ausseerland-Seen und das "Loser" Skigebiet sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar - Schneeschuhwanderungen, Spaziergänge sowie Radtouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
