Holiday rentals with a patio in Traunsee

5 stars is actually too little for the description of the AirBnB!😍 We were greeted very warmly by Herbert. No matter what issue we had, it was resolved immediately. Even with a small hurdle with the neighbor, he was there immediately and clarified everything in a super friendly way. Communication was incredible! The apartment has such a beautiful location, the pictures only describe half as much as the view is! In the residential area it is also super quiet, which makes the stay extremely relaxed. We would be happy to choose this AirBnB again and again.👍🏻 The stay absolutely deserved a full star rating, it doesn't get better than that!

Ana's place was wonderful. Very clean, very spacious and only a couple of minutes off the motorway (but still far enough to not be bothered by any noise).

Recommended apartment! Very nice apartment, very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Drinks and milk in the fridge to welcome us was very attentive, thank you! However, the access to a private bathing area mentioned in the listing is not available.

Lovely cosy but spacious base for our travels!! Lovely view from balcony. Everything very clean and tidy. Great decor felt homely. Loads of space. Responsive host helped us when needed. Great town a short drive away with lovely restaurants and easy access to all our hiking destinations

The stay was very good and we felt very comfortable. We only noticed two things. 1. There is a dog that lives with the owners and is now and then in the stairwell or in the garden (we love dogs) but I think if you are afraid of dogs it would have been great to know that there is a dog around:). 2. The heating always turns on or off automatically. I was therefore really often cold and thank God I had a private blanket with which I then took myself in addition to sleeping or just to watch TV in the living room. None of these are critical points, but I wanted to mention them. Otherwise, I can more than recommend the place!

Beautiful cottage offered by the charming hostess Christina. Cozy, well equipped and especially matches the photos. This place is a little far from Salzburg but the city remains close by with public transport. It's a very nice place if you want peace and quiet and get together alone. I had a lovely stay and recommend it if you are visiting Austria.

We had a great stay in this apartment for a month. Everything was convenient and comfortable, with all the essentials for a long-term stay. It was easy to reach the ski resorts and lakes. Communication with the host was excellent, and the price-quality ratio was very good)

Kitchen was well equipped. Host was helpful to pick us up from train station during night arrival. Place was quiet. Place was about 800m to train/bus station which is convenient to travel around.

We spent only three nights, but have very nice memories. The apartment is perfect for 4 people - we liked the comfortable beds, the spaciousness, the well equipped kitchen, the nice terrace overlooking the mountains and the little touches like eastern decoration or small chocolates (made the children smile :) and local honey. Everything was functioning and was in a very good/new condition. The supermarket is in walking distance, we did not try the local restaurants this time, but there are some too also nearby. There is a lot more to see and do so we would be happy to be back some time in the future.

We had a wonderful Christmas time in Scheffau and spent our 2024 celebration in this fantastic, idyllic cottage. Bernhard and his family were very friendly and even set up a lovingly decorated Christmas tree for us! On New Year's Eve, they provided us with a fire pit. The house was clean and well maintained, with authentic décor and stunning mountain views. The small stream next door provided a relaxing atmosphere. The ski and toboggan areas are just a stone's throw away, which our children enjoyed immensely! A highlight was the swimming pool with sauna area, only 15 minutes away, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Bernhard also gave us many tips for excursions that enriched our stay. Overall it was a perfect family vacation and we highly recommend this vacation home! We look forward to our next visit!

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

We spent a 3-day trip to Austria with friends over the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our Airbnb host, Martin, was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided very clear instructions regarding the house, which made everything smooth and easy. The house met all our expectations: it was clean, spacious enough for our group, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also very quiet and ideal for peaceful walks. There were also charming nearby villages to visit, which was great especially for the kids. All in all, we had a lovely Easter break and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and cozy stay in Austria.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

The residence is very wonderful and indescribable. If you want to live in a wonderful residence, you have to stay in Johan's apartment. Everything is close to you and you can enjoy the breathtaking views in front of the apartment. Johan and his wife are very wonderful people. Johan will make you feel that you are in your home. I asked him about some snowy peaks and he brought me a paper with all the available peaks to visit. He is a wonderful person. Inevitably when I return to Austria, I will live in Johan's apartment.

The house is very large and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has all the utensils needed for cooking. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The hostess is very kind and hospitable. The house was impeccably clean. Thank you very much for hosting us.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maximilian’s place! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring really easy. The apartment is very cozy, spacious, and spotless clean. One of the highlights is definitely the balcony, the view of the beautiful river and the snowy mountains in the distance is stunning. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Bad Ischl!

What a great place to spend the night, spacious home, lovely garden. Good beds and quiet environment. Only the car can't be parked at the property.

Andreas’ place is really beautiful and comfortable. Andreas was accommodating and helpful. I had a peaceful retreat and will definitely come back and stay again.

Diana is a very friendly and helpful host who responds promptly to questions. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, so we felt very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, directly opposite the valley station of the cable car and with views of the valley downhill. With the gondola, you can get to the Dachstein West ski area very quickly. The apartment also includes a heated compartment in the ski depot. A general store where you can get fresh rolls and the most necessary everyday items is within walking distance. There are also a few restaurants in the village. We enjoyed the days in Rußbach very much and would come back anytime.

Great host, quick and clear communication. The apartment is nice and spacious, modern kitchen and bathroom which are clean. Very nice (quiet) area and only 25 mins drive to Salzburg city centre. Definitely recommend to stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. Monika and her husband were truly exceptional hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything a guest could need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including a lovely welcome gift that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was incredibly well organized and easy to navigate. The location is also excellent. It is about 30 minutes walking to the city center, but buses are very convenient and easy to use. If you are driving, there is parking available which is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here. Monika and her husband created a space that is not only practical and clean but also filled with care and attention. It is a perfect place to stay while visiting the area.

Beautiful, welcoming, and clean space. The host was very kind and helpful. The pool was out of order, which was a shame, but otherwise everything was perfect.
