This large modern family home is freshly renovated, located approximately fifteen minute drive from Launceston City Centre. This home has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas. You'll have more than enough space to relax and soak in the views. I'm not likely to be at the property when you arrive - the property is equipped with a lock box so you can check in at your leisure any time after 3pm. Lock box codes will be sent in a message to you, on the day of your arrival.

Best value - by Far. Quiet location 3km from CBD. Comfortable modern house located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a westerly facing deck. A fantastic setting to view our regular spectacular sunsets. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, fully fitted kitchen and European laundry. Large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with two large bedrooms with queen size double beds. Being an Uber Driver Patrick also offers great value Airport pickup/drop-off and local taxi service
