Firehouse One was the first Fire Station to operate in the city way back in 1891. This stylish ground level flat at Firehouse One was built in 2022. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. Super sharp industrial townhouse loft located in a Traverse City neighborhood just south of the downtown hubbub. Very close to the NOBO district with restaurants and shops to the west, and Civic Center park just a couple of blocks away. Full kitchen and living space with smart tv for streaming, a full bathroom on main level, and a comfortable sleeping area with a queen bed in the upstairs loft. This loft is 564 square feet.

Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport.
