Holiday rentals with beach access in Tre Fontane

We had an incredible stay at Adrianos place. The villa is beautifully situated in the hillside close to the Beach and the small town Montallegro. It’s recommended to have a car at your disposal, otherwise you’ll have to walk a lot! We cooked a lot and never missed a thing - great kitchen! One hint: the villa is split into two apartments so you are not completely alone. Both apartments have their own outdoor area thought so you never really see each other (if not desired). Overall highly recommend this place if you are looking for a calm and private place to retreat.

Large open apartment with wraparound balcony. Well equiped kitchen made cooking meals easy. Everything was clean and comfortable. Street parking was also easy in the off season, just have to be mindful of street cleaning, but might be more difficult in summer.

This Airbnb served as the perfect home base for our stay in Favignana. While every day was spent at the beach, we equally enjoyed starting and ending our days at the Airbnb and on the terrace. Tons of indoor and outdoor space, the apartment had everything we needed: well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, strong AC, and a washing machine. Location was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Giuseppina's place. The flat is very well located right on the seashore in a quiet area of Favignana and just 5 min walk from the more bustling part of town with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars. The flat is as described, perfectly clean, well equipped, and with a great terrace. The communication with Giuseppina was very good and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend the place.

Riccardo’s place was a bit out of the way; however, it was exactly what we were looking for. The closest attraction was the Selinunte Ruins, which were literally right next door so there was that. The place is also right next to the ocean, which was nice. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but it is such a small town there weren’t many so be aware of this. Bottom line is that if you’re looking for a good home base to explore this part of Sicily that is quiet and peaceful, this is perfect. The nicest part was that since there were two of us, we each had our own bedroom with our own bathroom, which is difficult to find in a smaller place sometimes. If I were to come back to this part of Sicily, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

the apartment is in the countryside, not very large but with large outdoor space. The terrace with a large table and chairs is very nice. The bathroom is very small . To visit the beautiful places that Favignana offers, you absolutely need a vehicle. We rented a scooter and Roberto accompanied us. He was also available to pick us up and take us back to the port .

The apartment has a great view of the sea and everything you need as a family. Sights in the area are easily accessible by car from the apartment. Walter is very kind and helpful. We felt completely comfortable!

Excellent location, a lot of space inside, very quiet however walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great location, few minutes walk to town and then bike to rest of the island, amazing terrace that was great for late night drinks, had live music from the restaurant nearby and could hear the music from the place. everything worked fine, lovely balcony for coffee in the morning, would go again

Leonardo is a perfect host, he took care of everything, took care of everything, took us from the port and took us back to the departure. We stayed in a great place, you can get anywhere with the bike that lent us the house . The kitchen contains all the necessary basic equipment, ideal mattresses for sleeping and sleeping in great, large terrace overlooking the castle Thanks to the affordable price, you will not find anything better on the island, see you next time.

Everything was as expected and even more beautiful! Angela and Paolo are extremely friendly and have been taking great care of us. Everything we needed was there. The bed was cozy and a gas stove is worth gold ☺️ Always happy to stay again!

Nice individual reception, Walter is a very polite, sympathetic and professional host with decent English skills. The apartment is nicely decorated (the only thing we missed was a parmesan grate, a scandal in an Italian household😅), immaculately clean, beautifully large and airy. The view is great and as seen on the pictures, the way to the beach is short but extremely steep. But it's worth it, the beach is pretty and there was hardly anything going on. The neighborhood is nice, sometimes lively, but mostly there is heavenly tranquility. We felt very comfortable.

Andreas' small cottage is located in a wonderful, quiet environment. Perfect for just doing nothing and enjoying nature. In 10 minutes you can walk to the magnificent sandy beach, which you practically have to yourself. It couldn't be better!! The cottage is super nice and individually decorated. We would love to go back!!

Monica is very responsive and kind. She manages several apartments including this one. To know that I booked in the morning to arrive 4 hours later. The reservation was accepted and then she let me know that the apartment was actually not available because work had just been completed and they had not yet fully tidied up and washed the apartment, the next booking being for the week after. She offered me another place by the same owner who was 50 m away, for the night the time to prepare for the next day the apartment I had booked. But having found the new apartment even more friendly and just in front of the sea. I stayed in it although smaller, because traveling alone. She refunded me the difference from what I paid. I still visited the apartment of this listing and it is exactly as in the description. With a terrace overlooking the sea. Everything is refurbished. Go ahead! I will be back!

We stayed at Eda and Giuseppe's house for a week and although we've been back a few hours ago it's already nostalgic. The house has ample well managed spaces for 6 people. Kitchen equipped with everything. Large bathroom and a small laundry/bathroom. The rooms are well managed with closets although I would change the beds. Large living room with fireplace, TV, sofa and armchairs. A wonderful and well-kept garden is the setting. The terrace in front is the true paradise overlooking the sea! Very comfortable beach a few steps from the house (not equipped). Here you can breathe nature and salsedine. The owners are available and welcoming, just call them for any need. Thank you to Eda and Giuseppe for your hospitality. 😘

Apartment is very well located near the historic district, in a quiet street. It is tastefully decorated in a modern style. it is very functional. A big thank you to Antonino who gave us the keys. She is a very nice and trustworthy person, he has always been very responsive to our slightest questions and caring. We highly recommend this listing.

Very nice place, great communication with the host

very spacious apartment, double amenities, terrace with priceless views of the sea, a stone's throw from the port of Sciacca and a 10-minute walk from the historic center. Kitchen equipped with everything, very welcome fresh water and fruit juice in the fridge. Warm and familiar welcome, much appreciated the detailed list of bars, restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the surroundings provided by Mrs. Marilina, with tips on the best specialties to taste. Always attentive hosts that everything went smoothly during our stay, Paolo is always very quick to respond to our requests. Very close main beaches, one practically below the house, the others just a few minutes away by car. Definitely positive experience and to recommend!

Beautiful stay in Favignana. Accommodation was beautiful , exactly as in the photos . Michele met us at the port and collected our bags which was very handy as it is only a short walk from the historic centre but would be difficult with bags along the dirt road. Michele was extremely helpful with excellent recommendations for the island and also dropped us and our bags back to the port for departure. Would definitely stay again

The price is great and the location aswell! Its cute, you have enough space and beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The two bedrooms have a cut out “window” at the top of the wall which got a bit akward. And the walls in the building are not soundproof. We heard the baby from the apartment next to us. Apart from that it was lovely!!

Apartment as described with all the necessary amenities and the view from the terrace is just amazing! Very fluid and quick communication with patrizia! Thanks for everything, we'll be back!

We could not have chosen a better place to be. Favignana is stunning and the people are so kind and friendly…. With great sense of humour. Mara is the perfect hostess ….
