Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Apartment - central, cosy, accessible

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

Bright apartment on horse farm

Right next to the private stable is the tastefully furnished apartment on the second floor with an open staircase and large balcony. You can hear the horses snorting and the birds chirping, but also the morning sounds of stable work. The quiet street leads directly to Lake Riewendsee with its swimming area 2 km away. A restaurant is within walking distance. One of the most popular cafés in Brandenburg with a bakery is about 4 km away.

Apartment in Groß Kreutz

Welcome to our small, stylish holiday apartment at the Kulturhof Götz! Where there used to be a hayloft, a hundred-year-old roof beam is combined with modern design through loving restoration. A garden invites you to linger in the secluded greenery and with a little luck you can even experience one of our cultural events. The Havel bike path also passes directly by the house and a train runs hourly in 40 minutes from Götz to Berlin.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

New apartment in Ketzin

The brand new and modern apartment is situated in a very quiet residential area. Havel promenade and beach are still within walking distance. Shopping (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.) can also be found around the corner. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with an (external) 2-plate induction field, oven and refrigerator. On the balcony you can relax in a hanging swing chair.

Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

Little Cottage

Switch off and recharge your batteries: our little cottage is a place where you can be close to nature without missing out on the modern luxuries of a hot shower, a comfortable bed and Wi-Fi access. You will find everything you need for a little break in the countryside on 65 cosy square metres. One hour from busy Berlin, the cottage is located in the centre of a sleepy little village between woods, meadows and water.

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
