The house is located in a natural and quiet environment less than a kilometer from Tréogat beach (surfing, kite, board, sand yachting, etc.) and less than 500 meters from the famous GR34 (hiking, biking). A quiet lane, a few houses, and ours: 2,260 sq ft of house in just under two acres of garden, sheltered by tall hedges. You hear the birds. And the ocean. Two sitting rooms, two fireplaces, a steam room. From every window, the garden. In the evening the sun sets at the far end of the grounds. Tronoën beach is two minutes away by car, or twenty-five on foot through the dunes of the Baie d'Audierne, a protected nature site. The beaches of La Torche and Tréguennec are ten minutes away.
