Cette agréable maison, très spacieuse et lumineuse, d'environ 60m² de plein pied possède deux marches à l'entrée. Elle se situe à 8km du chantier médiéval de Guédelon. À 6km à St Sauveur en Puisaye où se situe la maison et musée Colette. À 15km de Saint Fargeau son château et son spectacle et le réservoir du Bourdon pour baignades. A 12km de St Amand et ses poteries. Grande chambre et canapé-lit dans la salle principale. Nous ne souhaitons pas recevoir de fumeur et d'animaux de compagnie.

Romantic cottage very close to Guédelon

Located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval construction site of Guédelon (30 minutes walk by a nice path through the forest/ 5 minutes drive), the former farm of the Martins is nestled in the heart of nature in the heart of the Puisaye, land of water, greenery and forest. It is a typical Poyaudine construction all in purple sandstone and ochre coated. In one of the buildings, a cottage welcomes lovers of calm and unspoilt nature. Family welcome. Ping pong. Decreasing rate.
