On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Independent accommodation, adjoining our house, fully equipped with small kitchen and living area independent of the bedroom as well as a bathroom (see my accommodation section for more information). Terrace and private outdoor space. Parking space for car. View of landscaped garden. Weekly or monthly rental possible with an adapted rate. Quiet and rest guaranteed!

Take a breather at the gates of Nantes! "Orval et sens" urban gîtes is at Pont du Cens in a quiet and green area. A direct line takes you by bus to the center of Nantes or to the train station. By car it's easy thanks to the proximity of the Nantes ring road and a free parking space is reserved for you. Here, everything is designed for your comfort, from bedding to bath towels. Many welcome products and a fully-equipped kitchen are there to make your stay pleasant.

Upstairs, an open bedroom under a slope with a 160 cm bed Pool: same as SHARED with owners of the main house, available only in season (April to September). MANDATORY shower, and QUIET use (music, alcohol, untimely jumps). Flat bottom at 1.40 m, heated to 26°. Large garden also SHARED

Old renovated farmhouse on the outskirts of Nantes

Old 19th century farmhouse carefully eco-renovated, on the edge of the Parc du Château du Haut Gesvres and at the gates of Nantes. 110 m2 house comprising a large living room + open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of the farm and its quiet and wooded environment. Close to the center of Treillières and 10 minutes from the Tram. The farmhouse houses the cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)
