A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

By bike, most are reached within 4 to 10 minutes, ranging from padel courses, Falsterbo pier/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the nose and nice restaurants, cold bath houses, Skanörs harbor/beach, etc. on the other side of the nose.

Relax in this gently renovated late 19th century home. It is set in one of the lengths of a classic Skåne four-length farm. The courtyard is partially cobblestone and in the middle is the spring tree. You can hike along the Ståstorpsån that flows through our fields. To Höllviken's white steps, it takes only 15 minutes by car. Trelleborg is 7 minutes away with shops and restaurants. This is a small oasis in the middle of Söderslätt's agricultural landscape

Close to grocery store, restaurants and the bus to Trelleborg/Ystad. Open floor plan with well-equipped kitchen and living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. You choose to sleep on a comfy sofa bed or on the loft. Private terrace with access to a barbecue. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Cozy guest apartment of about 35 sqm with its own entrance and free parking. Furnished and complete with all you need. Close to nice sandy beach and close to trains/buses with connections to Malmö/Lund/Copenhagen, Ystad/Österlen, Skanör/Falsterbo etc. Laundry room, garden and outdoor space are shared with host according to agreement. The yaccuzin can absolutely be borrowed with advance notice and in agreement with the host.
