Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The cottage is located in the Boutins farm, an authentic place in the middle of nature, conducive to rest, calm, at the foot of the magnificent Obiou massif. It is perfectly equipped, spacious and bright, with a small balcony; it overlooks the large outdoor spaces that allow you to settle in garden furniture and offer easy parking. Collective barbecue; games room with ping pong and foosball table; swing and children's area. Ideal for a couple with two children. Warm welcome.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, recent and unique gîte was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening on the mountains without any opposite, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild valley of VALGAUDEMAR in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... many activities away from the big tourist complexes but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE SURROUNDED BY NATURE.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Come and experience an extraordinary night. The dome is located in a small quiet valley. wake up with the birds singing. Look up at the sky during the day to observe vultures and at night to marvel at the splendor of the stars. Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Trapper's cabin since August 2020

For an instinctive desire to feel good. Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature in a trapper's cabin. The forest its smells, the sky, the sound of water. Au coeur du Parc Naturel Régional du Vercors, perchés dans un autre monde, votre refuge panoramique, niché sur un petit plateau, laisse vos yeux ébahis contempler les falaises plongeantes des Goulets, la profondeur à perte de vue du Cirque de Léoncel ou la quiétude du petit verger qui abrite des arbres magnifiques, mais aussi trois lamas, un cheval et un mouton.

YAPLUKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site). In a 6000 m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in winter.
