We are nearing the end of a long renovation, so you will find some projects unfinished (mostly exterior). But, we hope that won't stop you from having a great time exploring the area. New floors, kitchen, lighting, and hot water heat pump - we've poured a lot of love and energy into making this a great spot for our family, and yours!

Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. Wicket Good Road is a private apartment in a wooded/garden setting. 12 miles from Acadia National Park, 14 to Bar Harbor and tourist attractions, and five miles to Ellsworth and essentials. Large deck with grill for dining in or out, well equipped kitchen, large screen TV, air conditioning (it can get hot in Maine, believe it or not), comfortable queen bed, large outdoor space with gardens and quiet. And great wifi! It's a comfy base of operations for summer fun in Maine!

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.
