Gorgeous place for myself partner and our nearly 3 year old and 5 month old fox red lab - all the amenities required A beautiful bedroom and relaxEd living space - the farm has plenty of space for walks and off lead enclosed field - Bude is only 20 minutes drive but for dogs Sandymouth and black rock beaches are a must visit with fab cafes x don’t be put off by not being in the centre - perfect excellent value for money- we would recommend the 16th century local pub/ eatery x

We had a wonderful stay with our dog and two children. The boys loved the upstairs room which had an amazing view of the sea. The living area was comfy and had a good selection of board games. Alison left some good recommendations and we had a nice walk into Bude. The local beach was great and dog friendly. You will need a car to access the beach and walks.

What a fantastic place to stay! Lea and Steve were so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Everything we needed was to hand. Extremely clean and tidy. We asked for the highchair and cotbed and it was in the home when we arrived, nothing was too much. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and cosy! Would highly recommend. Perfect for us and our 2 children (7&2) who thoroughly enjoyed staying as well. Thank you!

We stayed at Starlings from Saturday to Wednesday for a little countryside escape, and it was just what we needed. The place has a lovely cosy feel — a proper old farmhouse vibe but with all the modern bits that make it super comfy (bright, clean, great shower, modern kitchen, etc). It’s the perfect mix of character and convenience. Only tricky part was finding it in the dark, but Jane and Vicky were absolute legends and helped us out straight away. Totally recommend if you’re looking to switch off and chill in a beautiful spot.
