Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

A beautiful 70 sqm loft welcomes you with a glass living room overlooking the sea and the city. Intimate and quiet, it has a separate double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to 4 people. The kitchen has every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, illycaffé machine, washing machine. The southern exposure and the reflection of the sea give the house a warm and harmonious light, in summer the air conditioning gives peaceful sleep. Parking and terrace overlooking the sea and city. Kindly invited to our pleasant family house with four different size apartments. The apartment "Lavanda" is adjusted for a wheelchair. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).

Very attractive apartment with exposed beams that beyond the enviable position with the view of the old town is located on the beach. Apartment is small but with well organized spaces and is ideal for 4 people. If you want there can be 6 people using the double sofa bed in the living area.
