This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. La struttura è situata nel cuore dei Sassi di Matera, a 100 metri da Piazza Vittorio Veneto ed è di recente ristrutturazione. Dal momento che i Sassi di Matera sono una zona ZTL non è possibile parcheggiare l'auto in loco, ma nelle zone limitrofe ci sono parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento. Data la conformazione della struttura e dei Sassi è sconsigliata a persone con difficoltà motorie. Il costo supplementare delle tasse di soggiorno è di €2,00 al giorno a persona e va pagato in struttura.
