“Vincent's place is very clean, spacious, fully equipped and feels like my second home. The location is well situated to the beach, supermarket, local food place, chemist and public transport is very regular too. The apartment is peaceful and very relaxing at the same time. Vincent is warm, kind and very considerate host. Always around to ensure that you are comfortable and ready to assist you with any queries, trips and tips. I am a single traveller and stayed for 3 weeks and felt safe and had an amazing experience swimming, snorkelling, catamaran trip to flat island , eating local food, meeting new friends. The early morning walk all the way to Pointe aux Canonniers beach, and morning swim is so peaceful , what an experience! Vincent's regular guests are all so lovely and wonderful people and I was very lucky to meet them. Auntie (Vincent's Mom) is such a lovely and kind lady and prepares the most delicious home cooked meals and I had the pleasure to join them on several occasions. Auntie thank you! When you think today is a good day... each day just gets better and better! I have been to many places mostly beach holidays. However, my trip to Mauritius specially to Trou Aux Biches and my stay at Villa Alexis is one of the best holiday so far. Thank you to my super host Vincent for making my stay the most relaxing, comfortable and memorable one. I will definitely come back for my 2020 winter break to Villa Alexis. I highly recommend Villa Alexis for the comfort, convenience, the wonderful beach, lovely kind neighbours that shares home baked cakes (Thank you Barbara!). Home cooked food by Auntie. Also the cold beers, rum, gin and my blessed dumplings :-)”

“We had a great time here. We found the accommodation for families great ... we stayed here with our son (11 months). The accommodation is really super clean, nicely decorated, ... You can walk maybe 5-8 minutes to the beautiful beach and supermarket .... Communication with Sakeen was perfect. She helped us organize a car, we could leave luggage with her for our trip to Reunion, we could do a late checkout, ... There is nothing to criticize ... perfect. We would book here again in a heartbeat.”

“Well, I read the positive reviews and I must confirm, they are 100% true. The house is in a perfect location - 50 m from the beach, supermarket behind the corner, several restaurants in walking distance. It is equipped with everything you need (air condition, internet, even washing machine is there). We experienced only one issue - during the night we heard some strange noise - like somebody would threw the stones against the house. Next morning we found out that it was a mango tree, which was dropping the fruits. We collected the fruits and had delicious breakfast - in fact this was very positive experience and not an issue :-)”
