Huge attic apartment in the countryside

Vergiss deine Sorgen in dieser geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten Dachwohnung mit Blick auf Wald und Wiesen. Neben der komplett eingerichteten Küche gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Gefriertruhe, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, einen Fernseher mit Blueray und eine Bücherecke. Desweiteren gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer (PC) mit kleinem Yogabereich und ein Wäschezimmer. Insgesamt finden 6 Menschen einen kuscheligen Schlafplatz. Es ist absolut ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Enjoy your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place with great views over Jena. Just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The apartment is spacious and equipped with the most important things. A great place to feel good for short and long-term trips. There are 2 bedrooms. A double bed which is 160 cm wide and one that can also be extended to 160 cm. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here.
