Monthly Rentals in Trochry

A very enjoyable week in the beautiful and comfortable bothy. Thank you Sarah, really enjoyed our stay, we would love to come back!

It is a beautiful and spacious apartment tucked away in Birnam. The apartment is welcoming and stylish. Conveniently close to the train station if you're travelling by public transport, and there is plenty of on street parking if you're driving. Birnam is within walking distance of Dunkeld (about 15 minutes) where there is more amenities. We recommend visiting the Birnam Arts Centre which is at the end of the road from the apartment, it is a lovely space and has a good cafe (reasonably priced too). If you're able to get to Pitlochry, we highly recommend a meal at The Wee Choo Choo restaurant (set in a converted train carriage, one that featured in Mission Impossible), the food was delicious and the staff lovely. Ali was a great and friendly host, very helpful and responsive, and provided local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stop off on the way to the NC500. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Host left cookies and fresh milk.
