This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Apartment is located 30 meters from the beach, only the road is between the house and the beach. It is very large apartment in a big house in which me and my father live, but we are totally separated from apartments, you have your own covered parking spot, garden, terrace and a big terrace separated from the apartment, everything you can see on the pictures. Wi fi, smart tv, cabel tv, pets allowed because of big property and also barbecue, table tennis is at your disposal.Cheers and see ya!

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
