Holiday rentals with beach access in Troncones

Excellent place, I recommend it quite a lot, Pablo was very helpful at all times, the apartment was super equipped, clean and nice. The facilities were super, pool and beach were excellent , I definitely came back soon, he exceeded my expectations !

We had a great two month stay. Marina del Sol does not disappoint. Lovely property and friendly people. Alex and Karen always respond quickly to any questions. Several upgrades to the suite like the new fridge, double bed in 2nd bedroom with new bedding and lots of new hangers are appreciated.

Such a beautiful and relaxing few days staying in la saladita. Every manner of longboard to pick from, great hospitality, and literal steps from the waves. We had an amazing time and will certainly be staying with Joana again next time we have a chance!

Very nice view of the apartment, very nice, in good condition, equipped…. the activities and common areas very well. The host was always very attentive and responsive. The restaurant is very good food and portion, you are only charged on automatic service (15%) And everything you pay with a credit card in the condominium is more 3% commission.

The location of this apartment is perfect, with everything within walking distance from this central spot. We loved exploring all the authentic neighborhoods. The cafés, restaurants, bars, markets, beaches, laundry facilities, and general merchandise stores are all right outside the front door. The apartment is in a safe area, well-lit, secure, and the building seemed to be home to mostly local families, all of whom were very pleasant. The WiFi was great, and the space was very comfortable for an extended stay. The host was on top of things, and we would definitely return again when we have more time.

The apartment complied with everything it promised, the location is excellent, the apartment spaces are very spacious and the pool is very clean, quiet and safe!!! undoubtedly a great place to enjoy as a family, we were very comfortable and happy!!! We'll be back very soon!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We spent a few days as a family before Semana Santa and the condominium was very quiet. All the condominium staff are very friendly and Miguel, the one who welcomed us, also gave us all the instructions of the house and is very friendly. The pool was super clean every day we were and is perfect for swimming. They also lent us a baby crib which made the stay much simpler and more enjoyable because we traveled a 1 year old baby. We found the depa very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. We would definitely stay again in the depa de Luz María.

Everything is excellent, clean, beautiful, perfect amenities. I would stay here many more times again. Yohana always answered the doubts quickly and helped us with everything we asked. Thank you very much

This was a perfect spot for a vacation with two friends. Coco was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. We are so thankful for all of her help!

Casa Lily is our “go to” when we surf at Saladita! We’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s always a clean, comfortable, and reliable experience. Angelina is wonderful and takes such good care of the house while her son Angel keeps the grounds and pool in great shape. Casa Lily is a 5 minute walk to point where you paddle out, so it’s close but not too close. The property is very private and we always feel safe and secure. We’re already looking on the calendar for our next trip down to Saladita and Casa Lily!

Spectacular oceanfront home with helpful owner and staff. Infinity edge pool and beach access were highlights with a fabulous, comfortable patio and well-appointed kitchen. The Casa is very private and quiet, and safety was never a concern. 10 minute walk to the world-class surf break at Playa La Saladita. There is not alot of development or many amenities in the immediate area which for us added to the charm and authentic feel of the area. There are several casual restaurants with sunset views in the little town of La Playa Saladita with some more upscale options 20 minutes away in the town of Troncones. Can't wait to come back!

This is a serene place to enjoy the beach in a lovely town. Tina the hostess was great and very welcoming. The house is set up perfectly for a group or a family, it has everything you need and really comfortable beds. You can not beat the view of the ocean and the outdoor shower was WOW! We loved everything about this home and would love to stay here again.

La Casita Linda is an incredible place to spend a family vacation - it has all the necessary comfort and privacy and very nice common parts, about a 10 minute walk to Playa la Ropa. Also the communication with Gordon and Linda is very easy and the help of Brian and Margarita in the very valuable house!

Marite was always attentive, she is an excellent host. Her accommodation has a beautiful view, as well as being very quiet 👌🏼

From our reservation, communication with Adrian and on our stay was excellent. Always pending and supporting us in what we need. The place is spectacular, spacious, nice decoration, clean. The pool and beach access is very accessible and walk down the rich Boulevard. Adrian made us feel right at home!

The apartment is located in an excellent area. Excellent care from Mario and the support staff. In a very clean and spacious place. The uncluttered beach area, contrary to those of the two adjoining hotels, which means that some privacy was perceived. The service in the pool and restaurant very good. There was no need to go out to find other places to eat. In short, I will return, Mario is an excellent host, always attentive to our questions.

We have stayed here several times because: The condo area is extremely well kept and the pool is wonderful. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is a working kitchen. The arrangement of the condo is good. The cleaners are excellent. Gladys is very quick to help if needed.

The condo is beautiful and the view is incredible! The pictures don't do it justice! The pools are amazing and the property is clean and well kept. Very beautiful. It's right near the marina. There are a few places to eat right near the condo, and even more places within a 10-15 minute walk. Miguel and Carla (the property managers) were great to work with and all of the front desk staff at the condo were super helpful. A few of the amenities were not in the condo when we arrived, but Saif quickly got ahold of the property managers who resolved the issue the next morning. The safe in the condo did not work and we notified both Saif and the property manager. Just a heads up if you go, the safe was not fixed by the time we checked out. All in all a great place.

A very nice place with everything you need to enjoy as a family (including the pet). It's like being home but with the sea on the patio. Since we arrived the staff were very attentive and kind. Highly recommended, it complies with everything advertised.

The view was spectacular, we loved our stay. It was the nicest condo in the entire complex.
