Bicycle trail outside the cabin in the summer, ski trail (occasionally) in the winter. Excellent area for mountain hiking and hunting. Svortstranda is about 800m further away, popular with children. Newly built cabin from 2022 in the middle of an eldorado of cross country trails. The place is the most snowy in the area. Cross-country skiing runs from November to April. The cabin contains 4 bedrooms, loft living room, open living room-kitchen solution, (living room has high ceilings, large bathroom with infrared sauna, private toilet room, laundry room, hallway. Large terrace with exit from the living room. Kitchen is richly equipped with a dishwasher. The cabin has a year-round road, the road goes all the way to the cabin wall. Parking space for 4 cars. Great view.

Mirror suite with its own sauna

The Mirror Suite offers a stay close to nature and with an amazing view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has mirror function in two walls. You can look out but no one can see in. Not even the deer, birds, fox or moose wandering by. You live centrally, not far from shop and people, but still all to yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a nearby house. The atmosphere can be nothing but good.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden close to the fjord and views to Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min) and the city mark is easily accessible just above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 people. Nice view to Stugusjøen and Sylan Hiking possibilities just outside the cabin wall summer and winter. Short distance to groomed ski slopes. Road all the way to the cabin. Electric car charging in outlet Other: Tenants must be over the age of 25. Pets initially not allowed, but please contact for appointment.

Relax in a spacious and cozy home with a gorgeous view of the city. It is located close to the Kyvatnet lake and the Bymarka with hiking paths and cross-country skiing trails. Good bus and tram connections to the centre and outdoor facilities, including the Granåsen Ski Centre. Free parking is available on the property. If needed, additional sleeping places could be arranged in the office and in the living room.
