Rural idyll near central Trosa

Very nice house for rent in beautiful Trosa. Öbolandet is an island with a bridge connection. About 1 km to Trosa beach and 800 m to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

Cozy accommodation in Trosa

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. The summer cottage has been renovated in the last year, new bathroom and new kitchen. The house has 2 bedrooms, one room with a double bed and the small room has a bed that is 1.20, can sleep 2 people. The house is close to Trosa city, a walk of about 15 minutes, but still rural, the house has no view, its own little green oasis. On the property, there is a smaller house with a double bed, (the little house does not have a toilet). No sheets or towels are included Cleaning is not included.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländ countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, you will find the little cottage on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we today run a café. There we have a flea market and a shop. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. You can buy a simpler breakfast in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that you look out over the fields. Bagarstuga is a charming, older cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with a beautiful view of the fields. Low ceilings!

Havstomt Trosa

Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Trosa Stuga, ♡ cozy cottage, walking distance to Trosa C.

Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Cosy patio with a large lawn in front. The lovely house is walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking/cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Suitable for 1-4 people, best for 2.
