We had a pleasant weekend at Clem's cottage. The accommodation was perfectly as described and suitable for children. My kids were able to enjoy the outdoors safely. We also really enjoyed the accommodation, which was well equipped. Clem was very responsive and available throughout our stay. A big thank you!

Great stay at this property. Denise was extremely welcoming, available and thoughtful as soon as we arrived. The house is spotless: very clean, perfectly equipped. The space is bright and comfortable to live in. Ease of parking directly on site, a real plus to travel serenely. The location is ideal to fully enjoy the pleasures of Lake Der, with all the activities and beautiful scenery just minutes away.

This is apartment can easily house 5-6 guests- we were 4 with our daughter visiting for one night from paris. The bedrooms are not large but they all have excellent windows that can open in 2 directions and individual heaters in each room and bathroom. The common area is spacious and comfortable as is the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay- we were working in the area, in and out visiting wineries and restaurants and this was quite a good location. Aurelie was always responsive and helpful.

Ideal location on the shores of Lac Du Der and close to the small port, a few shops and restaurants. The house is simple but nice and cozy.

Very happy stay in Giffaumont-Champaubert! The apartment is friendly, well equipped and located in a quiet environment, perfect for resting after a day by Lake Der. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which went a long way in making our stay enjoyable. A place we would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time in Baye. Louis responded immediately, gladly showed us around, received us with a homemade glass of ratafia and offered to create the fireplace for us daily. The large amount of towels was also very pleasant, as was the flexible departure time. The Baye area is beautiful and quiet, so do good shopping in Sézanne or Epernay. We'd love to come back to explore Champagne further!

The accommodation is very good, clean and large, we had a good time. The hospitality is nice as well as the communication. I would highly recommend it.
