EagleView Villa is a residence with a unique view and access to sea and mountain in just 5 minutes, with a special aesthetic and architectural view to the location of the village of Vlachia in Evia. The area provides the unique combination of excursions to unique secluded coastal bays and long beaches where the plane trees reach the sea, as well as long routes to the green mountain. It's a welcoming place with all the facilities. The wifi has been fixed and works perfectly!

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. "Avra" Bright and cozy place near the city center

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
