1/5/26 Update - We just redid the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Photos coming soon. Photos posted 1/7 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom in the Gold Bend neighborhood in Northstar. The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

A large outdoor pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and features clear, inviting water. A backdrop of tall trees and mountains complements the scenic area. Adjacent to the pool, a rustic building offers additional amenities and shade for guests.

It doesn't get better than this ski-in ski-out 1 bedroom condominium at Northstar. You cannot get much closer to the lifts than this condo with it’s balcony looking directly at the entrance to the Big Springs Gondola. With 1 king bed and a full sized pull out couch this is the perfect escape for a couple or young family. Get a nice massage on the brand new whole body massage chair after a long day of skiing. + Hot tubs and gym! Catamount is the best building in Northstar Village.
