ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants AND shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper + 2 comfortable twin floor mattresses so it can sleep 4. It's a tight fit for 4 but doable if you're close.

Across St Beach, Garwoods Mins to Ski, Hot Tub

Across the street from a dog-friendly beach, famous Garwoods restaurant and pier, 10 minutes from the amazing Northstar ski resort, and walking distance to Tahoe National Forest incredible hiking, biking, snowmobiling and snowshoeing trails, this home’s location couldn’t be better. We recently updated this home in the last few years and love sharing it with Airbnb guests!
