The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The Annex 1 Norvic House

Situated in the centre of Sutton on Sea, 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all this peaceful village has to offer including bars, restaurants, take aways, local shops and two small supermarkets. Sutton on Sea is on the East Lincolnshire coast, 3 miles from Mablethorpe, 15 miles from Skegness. There is a beautiful sandy, blue flagged beach stretching for miles; along with nature reserves and observatories. In land are the historic market towns of Alford, Louth and the City of Lincoln.

Rainbow's End Chalet.

Rainbows End chalet is situated on a quiet private chalet park, 200 yards from the beach. It comprises of 2 x bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, sleeping a maximum of 4 people. There is also a lounge kitchen and a shower room with toilet and wash basin. Central heating is fitted, electricity is paid for via a coin meter (please top up to £20 before leaving). To the front of the property is a porch area, for storing coats, boots and dog leads etc. Free communal car parking.
