The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Cottage set back from other dwellings. View of fields and moorland with a farm track. Goats and rabbits right outside the door. One room in the cabin. Private bathroom in another building about 35 m from the cabin. The cabin has 1 window that can be opened. It can get a bit stuffy on a hot day. 1 bed 140 cm 1 sofa bed 120 cm Fridge, kettle & tableware in the cabin. There is a grocery store with delicious sandwiches/tapas, rolls, etc. about 700 m away. The cabin cannot be locked There is no heating in the cabin.

The heart of the house is the kitchen area, where there is a high ceiling and open spaces. From all rooms there is an exit to the large terrace.
