The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

The place is located on a closed small farm in a peaceful area, and is located in a generational home, where the host uses the other part. Separate entrance to each of the units. Welcome to our cozy cabin in the mountains of Fageråsen in Trysil. The cabin is located at 850 meters above sea level and at the very top of Fageråsen. At our cabin you have ski in/ski out and only 50 meters to the mountain. Right below is Trysil Høyfjellsenter with ski lifts, restaurants, grocery store, sports shop, ski rental, ski school and children's slope etc. Right above the cabin there are ski tracks and bike trails that go around the entire Trysil mountain. Perfect for the whole family in summer and winter.

Velkommen til vår tradisjonelle fjellhytte som tilbyr den perfekte blandingen mellom plassen du trenger og den koselige hyttefølelsen. Hytta har alle bekvemmeligheter du trenger og som en ekstra bonus kan du nyte en dukkert i boblebadet eller kose deg med en kopp te foran peisen. Sengetøy og håndklær kan bestilles mot tillegg i prisen, NOK 200,- pr. person (sengesett + et stort og et lite håndkle). Forlat hytta med en lett opprydding og vi vil gjøre storrengjøringen etter at du har dratt.

We rent out a small cabin located in the yard of our small farm. The cabin is about 50 square meters. There is a spacious living room with a separate kitchenette. There is a family bunk bed in one bedroom, and a double bed in one bedroom. The cabin has a small wood-burning stove and free access to firewood.
