Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tsaghkadzor

Nous avons passés deux bonnes journées dans la région, la maison est très agréable, nous étions 6 dont 4 enfants. De magnifiques balades à faire depuis la maison, une très belle vue depuis la terrasse ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, arrivée et départ d'une grande simplicité !

Отличная и очень уютная квартира с нереально крутым расположением. Из окон вид на каскад, рядом оперный театр, все в центре в доступе. При этом место очень тихое, уютное и домашнее. Эстетически невероятно приятно находиться в квартире.

Wir haben erst vor ein paar Stunden das Haus verlassen, vermissen es aber jetzt schon und planen unseren nächsten Besuch. Es waren einfach perfekte 7 Tage in Jerewan. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause und wollen im Herbst wieder kommen. Artavazd ist sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Kommunikation mit ihm war äußerst einfach und angenehm. Da ich erst später eingereist bin, kümmerte sich Artavazd um meine Familienmitglieder und hat ihnen geholfen. Das charmante Haus mit Terrasse ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, der Garten ist bestens gepflegt und der Swimmingpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Stadt blitzblank sauber.

В целом объявление и фотографии полностью соответствуют реальности. Хозяйка отзывчивая, двор с садом присутствует, все необходимое для проживания имеется, комната и ванна чистые. Важно понимать две вещи: 1. Номер действительно маленький и больше подходит для ночевок, т.к. вдвоем уже не сильно развернуться. 2. Расположение хотя и рядом с центром, но это все еще частный сектор, до всей активной жизни нужно пройтись или ждать такси. Если это принять - то это отличное жилье, особенно за свои деньги.

I'm happy that we selected this house instead of a hotel, because it's a very comfortable, convenient abd beautiful place. The hosts were also very nice and helped us with the airport pick up and drived us to the nearest grocery store. I recommend this place and would come back when in Yerevan again.

No place is perfect, but this one is pretty close. A great combination of esthetically pleasing laconic interior and cozy home-like atmosphere. Appliances are abundant and working. A decent set of kitchenware is there too. Checking-in and checking-out are both easy and trouble-free. The host is welcoming and polite. Thank you, Arpi!

Вид из квартиры это полный восторг!! Каждое утро просыпаешься с прекрасным видом на озеро и горы! Квартира уютная, очень тихая. В тишине слышен шум вол. Кухня прекрасно подготовлена для готовки, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Это то что нужно для тихого, спокойного отдыха))

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

The place is just right as described and as photos . It was an amazing stay in the heart of Yerevan down town .. everything is close by and in walkable distance .. all the team were amazing in communicating and giving a clear instructions for check-in & out and any other inquiry . The place is very clean and has everything you would ever need for a short or a long stay. Definitely would be my #1 choice in my next visit to Yerevan Thanks to the team. :)

Ara è un super host, sempre disponibile, e il suo appartamento è pulito e rispecchia perfettamente le foto pubblicate. Vorrei segnalare che il giardino e la piscina, anche se non ho avuto modo di utilizzarli perché disponibili solo stagionalmente, non sono privati ma fanno parte di un contesto condominiale. Tuttavia, restano comunque sempre accessibili e utilizzabili senza restrizioni dagli ospiti. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, le stanze sono spaziose e i bagni completi, anche se segnalo per gli ospiti italiani che solo uno dei bagni è dotato di bidet. L’unico piccolo limite è che il Wi-Fi non prende bene nelle stanze. Complessivamente è stata un’ottima esperienza: Ara si è dimostrato un host eccezionalmente disponibile. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento a tutti e sicuramente tornerò!

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Alice's apartment was perfect, centrally located in a buzzing part of town, yet private enough that you could get away from it all. Amenities were all first class and you really couldn't pick a better spot for a stay in Yerevan.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

The location of the flat is as best as one can get. The flat itself is very beautiful and makes you feel at home. It is old, yes, but this comes together with the location in the center and it is as we expected. Michael responds literally within 5 mins max at any time to any issue: that's just great!

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
