I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 100μ από το Παράρτημα Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου & το Παράρτημα Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών (πρώην ΤΕΙ Δυτικής Ελλάδος), δημιουγήσαμε για τους επισκέπτες μας ένα ζεστό, καλαίσθητο και φιλόξενο διαμέρισμα ημι-ισογείου. Βρίσκεται κοντά στην έξοδο 3 της Περιμετρικής Πατρών και πλησίον του Παμπελοποννησιακού Σταδίου. Με ευκολία στο παρκάρισμα. Πλησίον στάσης λεωφορείων (γραμμές 2,8). Χρειάζεται να κατεβείτε τρία σκαλοπάτια, ενώ έχει πρόσβαση σε προστατευμένη ιδιωτική αυλή.

Επίσης στα 150 μετρά υπάρχει κρεοπωλείο φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ για την κάλυψη των αναγκών σας. Υπάρχουν σε περιφραγμένο χώρο κότες και κουνελάκια. Το σπίτι προσφέρεται για ήσυχες και ευχάριστες διακοπές. -Το αεροδρομιο του αραξου βρισκεται 30 λεπτα απο το χωρο διαμονης.
