Ittougashi

You can rent the entire guest house, which is an authentic Japanese house from the Taisho era, built about 100 years ago. You can relax and enjoy your stay in Nara without hesitation. Right next to Nara Park, about 10 minutes on foot to Kintetsu Nara Station. It is also easy to stroll around in the quiet early morning and evening hours. The price is the same for up to 4 people. It can accommodate up to 9 people. The Japanese house built in the Taisho era is full of charm with its lattice windows, tea room, veranda, and courtyard. Please relax in the living room with a sunken brazier facing the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, pot, cooking utensils, etc. Cook together, and have fun while looking at the garden and surrounding the pot with a low table! There are two toilets and two shower rooms. We don't have hotel-like facilities, but we hope you can relax with a nostalgic atmosphere. There are a total of 6 bedrooms. We will prepare it according to the number of people. Please let us know if you have any requests for room allocation.

We have started renting bicycles and tandem bicycles (2-seaters). How about cycling together as a couple? It is also close to Sakadokoro Fushimi, Uji no Heidain, Inari Taisha Shrine, Yasaka no Iwashimizu Yasaka Shrine, 30 minutes to Nara, and is perfect for sightseeing in southern Kyoto. I would like you to see the beautiful "Hamacha and Nagarebashi". You can also pick strawberries between February and May.

Azalea House is on the slope of Mt. Hiei, a world-heritage. To get there, drive 20 min. from Kyoto-Higashi exit on Meishin. Or ride the bus 30 min. from downtown Kyoto or 20 min. from JR Otsukyo Sta. and get off before Hieidaira convenience store. The host will meet you there. Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home. This is a traditional Japanese house built in the countryside of Iga, the home of the ninja. Although you can come by public transportation, it is more convenient to come by car as it is quite a rural area. The hot spring is 5 minutes by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to the castle town of Iga Ueno. 25 minutes to Mokumoku Farm. 30 minutes to Igayaki no Sato. 45 minutes to Suzuka Circuit. 50 minutes to Akame Shijuhachi Falls National Park. 1 hour to Ise Jingu. 1 hour to Horyuji Temple.
