From the accommodation, you can walk to the center of the castle town, such as Usuki Castle Ruins, Hachimachi Oji, and Nioza Historical Road, in about 10 minutes. You can also enjoy a stroll while feeling the history and local cuisine. Nearby areas include Sagaseki-cho, famous for its horse mackerel and mackerel, Tsukumi, where you can eat kabosu, amberjack, and Bungo tuna, and Saiki, famous for its seafood, all easily accessible by car or train. On the ground floor of the building, you will find ‘Rinmonha’, a bar specialising in lemon sours made using Saiki City’s locally produced lemons. The center of Saeki city is about a 5-minute drive from JR Saeki Station, and the room is located in the heart of the downtown area. It is a downtown area that is moderately people come and go, and it is a rural downtown area that is different from the urban downtown area.Within a 5-minute walk, you can enjoy an izakaya where you can enjoy Saeki's food, a sushi restaurant where you can eat fresh fish from Saeki, snacks with a retro atmosphere, and Saeki ramen and sesa noodles at night. The space is limited to one group per day, so you can stay with your family, groups, friends, and more. There is a kitchen, living room, bath and toilet on the 2nd floor.There is a large room and small room on the 3rd floor that can accommodate up to 9 people. A private rental accommodation limited to one group per day is now open along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. On the second floor, you can watch the sunset on the terrace and make things. There is one queen sized bed. There is one Koala sofa bed that can be converted to a queen size bed.　 There is one double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee are included for breakfast. The tableware is the work of Tomoya Sasaki, a potter from Ehime Prefecture, and uses Mustakibi and Ryusen kilns. For towels, we use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　Linen sheets are used. If you need dinner, you can use the adjacent Shioji restaurant, which is for guests only.
