Monthly Rentals in Tubungan

Stayed for 1 week and my honest rating would be 10/10. The unit is very cozy and tidy. Location is walkable to Atria where you can dine and drink with restaurants. Either you hail a cab or use a car service, no problem at all. There are nearby establishments such as 7-11, chicken restaurant, laundry and coffee shop (CBTL). The hosts were responsive with all inquiries and friendly (tho i haven’t met them in person). Instructions for check in were very clear and no issues at all. Wifi, which is important to me for work, was fast. They have friendly lobby staff. Amongst the other Airbnbs, they have the best deal with same offer. I would here stay again if given a chance.

I chose this location because it is near the city but safe because located in a guarded subdivision. Spent 1 night here with family. Air conditioned ajd comfortable rooms ideal for family! We enjoyed game night. The unit also has netflix and bluetooth speakers. To end our stay here, we cooked our own breakfast the next day. The kitchen has all the essentials. Thanks to our very accomodating host!

Very nice place. No hassle upon checking in . Host is very responsive to concerns. Unit is very clean and comfortable. Will definitely comeback.
