5-day stay with 2 couples+ 3 teenagers, perfect and functional accommodation. Quite well equipped overall, a very nice little courtyard in good weather. Easy to find home with enough parking in front of or behind the house. Well located for visiting Carcassonne and its surroundings.

whether in terms of exchanges before booking, once the reservation is made and during the stay, the exchanges are of quality and always friendly! the host and contact person were extremely responsive and very available. the apartment is totally as described and ideally located. the environment is peaceful and parking is a real plus! to be recommended without hesitation!

I would recommend Nadine and Jean-Claude's quiet home in the back of their house . the house is ideal for relaxing and relaxing. Nadine is a solar person, very attentive to your request and at the slightest concern she finds a solution. I highly recommend this rental if you need rest.

Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! We had a great time in Antoine's charming little house in the heart of the Corbières and not far from the sea. At the start of many hiking trails and a few steps from the friendly cooperative, we feasted on the sometimes lunar Mediterranean landscapes and warmed up by the fire after exhilarating days. Kids loved their mezzanine room and adults enjoyed the library and music.

New housing estate house,well equipped, comfortable and good quality bedrooms and bedding, nice terrace, quiet environment the village nearby and very friendly and very nice walks to do around the ponds. A very nice Belgian neighbor 👍

It qas a pleasure to spend 5 days in Micheline's studio which is located in an old stone house which has been entirely refurbished and has a lot of charme. On the ground floor (garden level) lives the owner and the apartment is on 2nd floor (street level). The studio is a great mix of modern furniture and antique appliances which have been carefully chosen and give the place a unique look and feel. The studio itself consists of two rooms: a large living with an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with an integrated shower/toilet. Due to this arrangement, the studio is ideally suited for one person or for a couple who knows each other well 😊 The studio is directly at the entrance of the village; it has a private parking space which is convenient. The little balcony which overlooks Mich’s garden is great for having a relaxed breakfast or dinner in the sunshine. From Fitou, both the seaside as well as the mountains are easily accessible, so it is a great location to explore the area.

Stayed one night when travelling back from Spain to UK. Found the apartment to be clean and cosy with a nice comfortable bed. Liked the easy access to the private parking and the pet friendly features.

Listing as described. Thanks for the flexibility of the dates, we arrived on a Monday instead of Saturday. Just a few things to do on foot or by bike. Shops, center, port... A real vacation in this little corner of heaven, everything is thought out in every detail to have a perfect stay! A large wooded and enclosed area with ping pong and private pool! Extremely quiet place to enjoy the singing of the many species of birds. Very cool and professional hosts so no pressure. Great autonomy in arrival and departure. The accommodation is extremely clean and cozy. Warm atmosphere! In addition, nothing is missing in the accommodation: many details available for omissions (dish soap......). A RARE PLACE! EVERYTHING IS GREAT!

We had an excellent week in Sylvie and Didier's Hacienda. Although some finishes are not finished (plastered, tile) outside the villa, this does not affect the quality of the stay in any way. The interior of the villa is very clean and functional (kitchen, bathroom, toilet), all with white columns that give a real charm to the house. Finally, the summer terrace as well as the pisicine are superb and we enjoyed it! As for Sylvie and Didier, they are very friendly, natural and warm people.

Pierre's place was really great! We felt right at home. Pierre was also very helpful if anything came up. The pool was also amazing, always very clean. We can only recommend the place to all, this was the best place we've ever had until long.

Functional accommodation in a really nice setting, a little away from the village, with a very considerate and extremely friendly host. We'll be back, that's for sure.

Great location: Isabelle is adorable, the mobile home is very clean and in a good location, very quiet place at the entrance to Caramany which is well worth the detour. I highly recommend it.

Very quiet campsite and ideal for relaxing. Conveniently located with a multitude of activities nearby. We had a pleasant stay. Pleasant hosts and very good hosting.

We spent two nights in Pauline's apartment. Well equipped, functional, we do not have or enjoy the outdoors but it is well appointed. Comfortable bed. Parking in front of the house, shops 5min walk away. No problem with bringing our cat. Great.

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

We had a great time at Pierre's and his family's. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and ideally located close to shops but also monuments and places to visit in the area. Pierre gave us valuable tips to make the most of this beautiful corner of France. Special mention for the area in which it is very pleasant to walk and for the two family dogs who are adorable (and who we miss!!)

We spent two nights at Eric's. He is a responsive and pleasant host, his neighbor who also welcomed us, he is also good advice. The house is very good and the location is great.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Sylvie 's place even though the weather did not allow us to explore the beautiful surrounding as much as we wished. Sylvie is a lovely host and was always available for questions and recommendations. The place has useful equipment (dishwasher\washing machine) for any longer stay. We would love to come back!
