Nestled between rocks and trees, this cozy, modern cottage will make your stay unforgettable. Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. Relax on the patio after a day in the park, or settle on the couch to watch your favorite show on the smart tv. We offer good wifi and a desk for those of you needing to work. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Now we would love to share our 5-acre farm with you!

Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

There are excellent amenities: the beautiful country kitchen with dining both inside on the view deck; the very comfortable beds; the beautiful private courtyard with hot tub, patio table and patio lighting. Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
